Why ?

Got it. I haven't turned the lights on yet. Will do it at 9 pm. I have the strip flipped up so it is shinning on my wall. I will see how that works & go from there. I also have some plain lights I can use if this dont work.

OK, I fixed the light different because when I tested the light it was way to bright on the wall for my better half. So @ 9 I moved the light up on two boxes so it is up & away from the tank so they arnt getting much light. It is now after 11 & they are both still open.

I think this will do the trick. I will move the light forward in a few days closer to the anemones as the light is sitting on the back edge of the tank on the two boxes. Then after the light is over them & they stay open I will start lowering the light untill it is sitting back on the tank.

Well it is now 12 midnight & both of the anemones are flat once again. I am shutting off the lights to let them rest & will do this again at 9 pm tomorrow. I am pleased that they stayed open this long. Looking forward to seeing how it will go tomorrow night.

Its been a few day & they are perking up. They are now stay open all night with with the lights on. Not huge but open/fluffy & they look nice. There mouths are almost shut now. I am pleased with them & will be moving the lights forward tonight after they go out. I am also doing a WC tonight as it is time for one.
