BTA Dead......

What am i doing wrong?.I recentlyt introduced a bta in my tank,it immediatly darted behind the LR, i was told to leave it and eventually it will come out into the light and flow.NOT!!!.i ended up moving half my rock 5 days later to find it deteriating.Tried to re-home in a 10x10 plastic cage-like holder with a 6''perf. pvc.NO LUCK.
What am i doing wrong? This is my second attempt with this with the excact same results.
I have a long tent. anemone in my tank which i've had for a couple of years and its huge and doing well, but my percs. show no intrested in it,and for this reason is why the second anemone. The reason i chose a BTA was the person i bought these clown from had them hosting a BTA.
I would like to try one more time but try something different other then putting it in the tank and leaving it
alone.
A little info.

Just a couple questions....
Do you have a good source that is to ask are they coming in healthy?
Do you have good flow behind your rockwork? If not, that is a potential problem. Mine have almost always hidden in the rockwork when they are moved to a new tank or I change my bulbs. The thing is that they always have good flow and access to food drifting by.
Have you tried TR BTAs?

I have two Seio 1500, one on both ends pointing to the centre of my 135gl tank. I do not have any other flow other than my return from a Mag 3600.There is no flow behind the LR. Do you think i should put more flow behind the LR?, also what is a TR BTA? and do percs host in them?.
Thnx Vince

I generally make sure that flow reaches all corners of my displays. If you decide to redirect some flow, be prepared to do a 50% water change. Given that you already have an LTA I'm not sure why you want another anemone. If it were my system, I would not change anything with the flow if it were already two years old.
TR BTA is Tank Raised Bubble Tip Anemone. Percs would be more likely to host your other anemone. I hope you don't plan to add any more clowns to that display. I think that would be a mistake. If not in the short term, than certainly in the long.
