Your fish pictured is that of an older juvenile Bicinctus with a body color variation, commonly found around Ras El Masri region
a) Omanensis generally do not have a head bar as thick as your fish pictured they are generally pinched at the top of the head.
b) The middle bar of Omanensis does not generally exceed 4 scales
c) The pelvic and anal fins of Omanensis are black
d) The caudal fin of Omanensis is white to cream white and generally not brown or orange or yellow the only exception is and extremely rare Omanensis variation one with a brick red body coloration, that variation of Omanensis has a light brick red caudal fin.
f) The caudal fin of Omanensis is strongly forked
