True Percula sick

I have a single male onyx true percula. No other signs of lesions or disease, but mouth (lower jaw) is extended open and he can't seem to close his mouth all the way.

This is my first time seeing this on a clown. Anyone have any idea what it is?

I will try get a pic up.

was he this way when you bought him? it could be a simple deformity, or result of a fight, a picture would help big time.

mines has the same problem. this began 2 months ago or so his mouth remains open till today. Now he is not well at all, he is not eating, acts lethargic, and sits in the tanks corner. I'm going to treat with malafix bacterial meds soon and i hope this helps.

the lfs and online forums said it could be due to agression or something stuck in his mouth. but i dont see anything in there nor sists, and the other fish are fine no fighting at all that i can witness.
