Immediate answer needed on Maracyn-Two?

Hello, I have a question about using Maracyn-Two in a quarantine tank. I read that you are supposed to make a water change each day before adding the next dose. I'm using a ten gallon QT tank and I was wondering how much water to change? Should I change all of the water out each day, or would half of the water be enough? If I don't change all of the water, will the medication start building up with each new dose? I don't want to overdose them!

I have never used Maracyn 2, I follow the QT method posted by Dan to the "T". Treatment

Yeah, I agree with RCK, I followed the same technique and worked great for my Chrysopterus

I think the confusion is that 'Dan' does not state which Maracyn he's using and no one else has cleared that up either:

I also have been adding Maracyn at half dosage, however, there have been occasions where the fish did not tolerate it well (began heavy breathing). These were usually smaller clowns, so I have taken to only adding the Maracyn if signs of bacterial infections appear,

Perhaps you guys need to specify if you're using Maracyn One, Two, or plus when you are following Dan's QT method. ;)

I do not think you need to do a complete Water change when using Maracyn because it doesn't contain copper. Of course it wouldn't hurt
