Fat belly?

So,
I've never had any fish breed in the past i am not familiar with this, Nor am i familiar with diseases as I've never had to deal with that ether. So anyways here is what the story,
Yesterday afternoon i noticed my female clownfish gained alot of weight and IMO was carrying eggs! So before i started to get excited I though in my head, I only feed every other day, So i doubt she was fat from me feeding her since it was over a day since she last had food. So i started to feed them after i noticed her belly, She ate like a horse! I mean i put 3-4x what they normally would eat and she would just keep eating! She was even chasing my tang and shrimp away from getting any food. So i decided to feed her two more times yesterday in case she was carrying eggs and needed some extra food :) anyways, After i though about it my fish rarely act like a pair. I mean the female usually keeps the male in a corner or behind a rock most of the day til the lights go out and then they lay side by side most of the time. So i watched over them allot yesterday and today trying to spot the male cleaning a nest or any pre breeding behavior. I haven't noticed anything which is causing me to think she might not holding eggs, Also today i noticed she has started to swim sideways and lean over but while she was doing this i noticed the bottom half of her belly is dark while the top half was as see through as the rest of her body. So i am not sure if these are eggs or just poo or something worst! :( I think that pretty much sums it up... So if you know what the possibilities are i would really appreciate it I really love these guys and would hate to lose them/her after 2 years.
Thanks in advance!
~Nick

Whatever it was passed the other day and she's been acting normal again. I was soaking the food in some vita chem and added some more cyclopeze to their diet.
I was noticing alot of stringy white poo so i assumed it was a stomach worm or something. I decided i would fatten her up as much as i could just to try and clean her out lol
