multiple holes in one tank

Would it be ok if i drilled 3 holes ten inches apart in a 20long. Would it be too risky? crack easy?

It's not the number of holes that concerns me so much as the thickness of the glass. One hole could ruin the tank if you torque the plumbing too far. I say go for it but consider using flexable PVC for the application to minimize the risk of cracking.

I drilled 3 holes in a 15g in one pane with no ill effects and 2 in a 10g. I agree that flexible plumbing would help, just don't overtighten.
