I can't help you(I don't have my foods set up yet), but am also interested in seeing others.

Buy Joyce Wilkerson's Clownfishes. This is the best book in the industry and will guide you in your journey to breed clownfishes. I have also seen a webpage that had step-by-step setup that I'll try to find a link for.

I no longer culture phytoplanktons but here is a shot of therotifer vessels.

They work really nice for cleaning.. While they are still full (rotifers and culture water), I remove the air bubbler, wipe the sides, swirl the water to get a good vortex going and the stuff that I wiped off of the sides circling in the center, let it settle for a few.. Then a quick flush (open/close)with the ball valve to let the gunk out before I harvest. Then to harvest, I put me seive under the valve and open the valve. I usually havrvest 1/2 per day, top off with new water and feed them phyto.

All I use are IO salt buckets with airline tubing, and a rigid piece of tubing at the end.

I think they are all rotifer vessels RK. Plus, I don't think Rod would put his live algal cultures so close to the rotifer cultures. Sorry to butt in Rod, correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I think he said he doesn't culture algae anymore.

Best,
Ilham
