Bangaii Cardinals listed as Endangered on IUCN Red List

It was news to me, although not very surprising. Despite failed attempts to list the Bangaii Cardinalfish on CITES Appendix II earlier this year, it WAS added to the 2007 IUCN Red List as an Endangered Species ( see Marine Ornamental Fish & Invert Breeders :: View topic - Bangaii... Read More...

I'm just posting this because I'm tired of seeing people waste money on fish, and at the same time supporting awful practices.

This is a hobby, be prepared to pay for it. Research on the (free) internet never hurt anyone.
